Job Description


1. The regional role for their particular state will assist the company in expanding operations.

2. Design, develop, modify and refine a sales process to manage the sales across the state with the help of  Sales vertical head will deliver on key expansion across the country

      1. Selling SUREWIN's training and technology products across the following sectors:
            - Institutinal Sales
            - Corporate  Sales
- Govt Projects

2. Designing and managing an efficient sales process for monitoring sales leads, sales performance on a day to day basis. 
3. Design and implement marketing and product strategies by analyzing trends and results.
4. Deliver on sales targets such as sales quotas for regions and territories
5. Plan, forecast and implement the sales volume and profit for existing and new products
6. Develop field sales action plans and implement.
7. Monitor and develop pricing strategies through an analysis of costs, competition, and supply and demand.
8. Design Regional sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
9. Work closely with the top tier managements team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Salary:INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. Incentive on Sales

Back Office Executive - 2

Job Description

      1. Knowledge in Education Sector.
      2. Excellent verbal and communication skill
      3. maintaining ledger of Vendors
      4. Leading HR, Accounting, Finance and purchase activity
      5. Strong analytical, problem solving skill at site and experience in applying these skills to resolve issues related to future/task.
        6. MS Office, Excel
      7. All versions of ERP Tally and Data entry work
      8. VAT, ET, TDS, ST return filing work.
      9. Balance Sheet audit report preparation
      10. Coordination with client for documentation and Franchise payment follow up
      11. Coordination with staff members, Vendors, SSC's, Franchise's
      13. Build, develop and run system assigned by project mentor

14. Filing and documentation work.

15. Good Business Excellence and development skill.

16. Good command over letter drafting, mail conversation, liaising work. 

17. Daily site wise progress, material status reporting to director

18. Good working over tendering process

Full Knowledge of ERP 9 & all Taxation (VAT, Entry Tax, CST, Service Tax, TDS, EPF & ESIC)
 - Having a thorough knowledge of Tally. ERP 9 
 - Know Accounting standards and procedures  
 - Practical knowledge of Tally & ERP
 - Filing & Documentation

After successful conduction of Assessment / Exam submitting the result along with other documents & formats to the Regional office / State office of SUREWIN.
